Today is Launch Day for the new HOKA Arahi 7 and we have them at our stores (Center City, University City, Manayunk, or Glen Mills) and online. It's been a busy week for new releases, but I'm going to check these out in person tomorrow. What about you.....when are you stopping in to pick up a pair?
The HOKA Arahi 7 is a highly cushioned stability trainer that is built for runners, joggers, and walkers wanting extra support during their daily training and everyday activities. I first discovered the Arahi with HOKA's 4th rendition and have been sharing miles with them ever since. And if you came here for sentimental effect, the sneaker that I wore out to our celebratory dinner after proposing to my then girlfriend and now wife was the Arahi 6. ST/ART Pack. Great colorways. I bought the Kawana too. Wore those the weekend before the proposal. HOKA is a part of the family now!
Back to the new Arahi 7 and its patented J–Frame™ technology. HOKA has streamlined the flat knit upper for a smoothed–out aesthetic that not only looks proper, but provides an improved midfoot lockdown. The shoe's fit has been fine-tuned with a plusher tongue, and a stretchy dual gusset beneath the lace line to help mitigate tongue migration.

I was just engaged (no pun intended) in conversation with a friend whose boyfriend plays in the Oakland Athletics' baseball system. She primarily runs in HOKA. I've been eagerly waiting for the 7 to release. This rain, snow, and ice mixture that we've been receiving in Philadelphia will give that aforementioned outsole a proper good test. I'm just witty like that. I also watch more soccer than any other sport, with the exception of running/track and field, and am currently wearing my Manchester United scarf. We stink this year.....
