Can I still register?
Yep! Registration is still open for the 5K and Half Marathon.
Can I volunteer?
Yep! We need volunteers to help out at bib pickup and on race day. Volunteers can sign up through the registration website or email info@philadelphiadistancerun.com for more info. Spread the word…..
Where is the bib pick up and when?
Bib pick–up is at Philadelphia Runner (PR) Center City (1711 Walnut Street) Wednesday, September 13th – Saturday, September 16th 11AM – 6PM. There is no general race day bib pickup, no exceptions. Registered runners can pay to pick up their bibs on Sunday, September 17th through their RunSignup account.
Can I pick up my bib at one of the other stores?
Nope. You must get it at PR Center City unless you paid to pick it up on race day.
Can a friend/family member/neighbor pick up a registered runner's bib?
Absolutely! Just make sure they have the confirmation email/ID for the person running.
Where do the races start?
The races start near the Philadelphia Museum Of Art by Eakins Oval at 7:00AM for the 5K, 7:30AM for the Half Marathon.
Can I check a bag at the start?
Yep! There will be a bag check tent at the race. We will provide clear plastic bags at packet pickup and all items must fit in this bag. Bag check will close at 7AM the morning of the race. We encourage you to arrive early if you want to check a bag.
Will there be commemorative merchandise for purchase?
Yep! You can actually shop online NOW! Footwear can be shipped to you or picked up in one of our 4 store locations (Center City, University City, Manayunk, or Glen Mills)…..with the exception of a VERY RARE/EXCLUSIVE TO PHILADELPHIA RUNNER new model that is available for preorder (Release Date: October 1). All PDR apparel items can only be picked up at Philadelphia Runner (PR) Center City Wednesday, September 13th – Saturday, September 16th 11AM – 6PM….. and on race morning, Sunday, September 17th at the PR merchandise tent.
