Launch Day – HOKA Bondi 9

How would you define a 'fun run'? Is it a venture where you don't have a time, distance, or pace in mind? It's just you – and the road, trail, track, or treadmill – one foot in front of the other, not a care in the world. Are you leaving your watch behind? Or starting it because, well, let's be real.....if it's not on Strava did it really happen. Besides, you're already written the extremely witty 'fun run' caption in your head and you can't let that material fall by the wayside, right?

Or do you just love running so much that EVERY run is a fun one? Your Tuesday track workout – fun. Your Thursday group run – fun. Your weekend long run – fun. And any mixture of non–running days when you're doing cross training – also, fun. Obviously on Strava so your friends (and random followers) know you're putting the work in. And you've definitely written the extremely witty 'no days off' caption in your head and you can't let that material fall by the wayside, right?

How does walking and racing come into this picture? Do you walk for fun? Or is it a means to an end? Is racing ever run? Or is that a means to an end?
