    Notable Events:

Philly United Run – Sunday, November 17th at 9AM

Let's start the week off right! Whether you are training for the AACR Philadelphia Marathon, Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Half Marathon, Rothman 8K, or just looking for movement and community – All Faces and All Paces are welcome! The Philly United 5K Run and 1.5–Mile Walk will both start and end at Philadelphia Runner Center City (1711 Walnut Street).

The event will be powered by HOKA and Philadelphia Runner and is one of the biggest group runs in the city. Last year we had 41 different Run Clubs represented and over 300 people! HOKA will have shoes to try on for the run/walk. Philadelphia Runner will provide bag check and restroom usage for the event. Registers will be open for people to shop (optional obviously as no purchase is required to attend this free event) post run/walk with a special event discount. Some exclusions may apply.

Post event celebration will be held at Tradesman's Barbecue, 1322 Chestnut Street, and begin at 11a.

How do I get to the Health & Fitness Expo?

Public transportation is our recommended method of travel throughout marathon weekend unless you have a bike or can walk/run to the expo or races. If you plan on driving to the expo, street parking is limited but there are several parking garages nearby.

    Take public transportation: Septa

    Request an uber or Lyft

Where to eat by the Health & Fitness Expo?

Reading Terminal Market – this bustling marketplace has a little bit of everything for everyone!

    Philadelphia Chinatown

Maggiano's Little Italy – great for pasta lovers and carbo loading!
