Newly added to version 24 of the Adrenaline GTS franchise is Brooks' nitrogen–infused DNA LOFT v3 foam, which delivers soft, smooth cushioning that adapts to your unique, individual stride for lightweight comfort.
Complementing the nitrogen–infused cushioning is Brooks' trusted GuideRails® support system, which helps reduce excess motion. This technology, shortened to "GTS" for "Go–To–Support" – supports your body in its natural motion path. The new design of the Engineered Air Mesh upper of the Adrenaline GTS 24 was constructed to provide an ideal balance of breathability, structure, and stretch for a comfortable fit. For a stability shoe wearer like me, I'm very much looking forward to experiencing some miles in these.
So what else is new? Enhanced tooling in the midsole – 1 more mm of midsole cushion. Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 has a 24:12 (heel : forefoot) stack height with a 4.5mm outsole, while the 24 has a 25:13 stack height with a 3.5mm outsole. Speaking of the outsole – new “RoadTack” outsole rubber is lighter, more abrasion resistant, and more durable. Brooks has also updated the segmentation of the heel crash pad and forefoot flex grooves for improved smoothness in the heel–to–toe transition and overall flexibility.
