The second Kettle Cooker Five & Dime Trail Race will be held at the Glenroy Preserve trails and presented by Philadelphia Runner, Herr's Snacks and Altra Running.
This Sunday, October 6, 2024!
This race has a 5–miler, 10–miler, and a 5–and–10–miler (Five & Dime) option. Here's everything you need to do heading into the race:
Glenroy Preserve is a beautiful outdoor playground that is also rich in its history. Some of the trails will take you through parts of the Underground Railroad, and past a tavern that was said to have served patrons during the Civil War.
Each distance is a loop with staggered starts to allow for the opportunity to run both distances. Start times are 8:00am for the 5–miler and 9:00am for the 10–miler. Registered runners will enjoy:
Entry to the 5–mile or 10–mile trail race with an option to do BOTH distances
Chip timing

A complimentary beer post–race (1 per person. You must be 21+ years of age)

There will be two pre–race packet pickups:
Friday, October 4 from 10am–6pm at Philadelphia Runner, 505 Glen Eagle Plaza, Glen Mills, PA 19342.
Saturday, October 5 from 12pm–3pm at Lola's On 3rd, 57 S. 3rd Street, Oxford, PA 19363.
Please note: There is still time to register, but the clock is ticking! Race registration closes on Friday, October 4. There will be NO race day registration or packet pick up.
