So I Googled how fast a goat can run. Apparently a Wyoming Speed Goat can run 35 miles per hour (mph). That's a casual marathon, then doubling back for about a 15K before 1 episode of Law & Order ends.
Your "basic" goat can run up to 15 mph. We're talking breaking the 5K world record by 9ish seconds (let's call it 100 meters) and/or crushing the marathon world record by 15 minutes!
