Philly Run Fest weekend is here! The last couple of years we have had the bib pickup at PR University City. This year, bib pickup is at Yards Brewing Company. In addition to that important nugget, here are a few other Frequently Asked Questions that you might have as you prepare for Race Day:
Can I still register?
Yes – Registration for all 3 distances is open online until noon on Saturday. After that you can register in person at Yards until 4PM. There is no race day registration.
Where is bib pick up and when?
WHEN: Friday, May 31st: 12PM – 6PM & Saturday, June 1st: 10:30AM – 4PM.
WHERE: Yards Brewing Co. – 500 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
– You can pick up bibs for friends.
– There is no general bib pickup on race day but you have the option of adding race day bib pickup during registration. If you add race day pickup, you can pick your bib up on Sunday between 6AM – 7:15AM near the start of the race.
– Yards is offering 20% off drinks & food to Run Fest participants during bib pickup.
I can't pick up my race bib, can a friend get mine for me?
Sure! Just make sure they have your registration confirmation.
Where does the race start?
– All 3 distances start at 7:30AM.
– Start/Finish Line is near the front of the Please Touch Museum on Avenue of the Republic.
– Race is rain or shine.
– Runners must maintain a pace of 15–minute miles or faster.
– Unfortunately, no dogs or strollers allowed on the course.
– 2024 Race Course: Philly Run Fest will be running the same course as last year. Runners in the 5K will run 1 loop, runners in the 10K will run 2 loops, and runners in the 15K will run 3 loops. There will be a hydration station around mile 1.5 for all 3 distances as well as a hydration station around mile 3.2 for 10K and 15K runners. The hydration station at mile 1.5 will also have an electrolyte drink option.
Can I check a bag at the start?
Yes there will be a bag check tent at the race. We will provide clear plastic bags and a bracelet at bib pick up that will go on your bag. Items must fit in this bag (15" x 18").
